Over the next couple of days we’ll be profiling the venues around Ireland that have the best line ups of local and international talent playing under their roofs.

First up we have Hangar on Andrew’s Lane.

Clouds – Wednesday December 21 – €10/15

 

The best techno duo to come out of Scotland since, Slam, Clouds return to Hangar’s warehouse this week.

 

They bring their raw productions and eclectic track selections (Wait & Bleed anyone?) back to the Capital on Wednesday.

 

Upstairs on the night Strictly Deep are hosting a ‘Future Heroes‘ party, celebrating the best up and coming Irish DJs and producers.

The return of Bruce Willis – Thursday December 22 – €FREE/8/10

 

Homegrown DJs and cheap gargle as usual from the collective with a big cult following, Bruce Willis.

 

They’re linking up with fellow midweek party providers Milhouse who’ll be taking over the gallery of the venue.

Strictly Classics – Friday December 23 – €FREE/12

 

A night of the tunes that set the foundations for dance music as we know it.

 

Strictly Classics brings it right back to the Old Skool.

Brame & Hamo / DeFeKT – Monday December 26 – €12/15

 

It’s all about local this Stephen’s Day in Hangar, as some of the most talented names in Irish electronic music descend on Hangar.

 

Live techno from modular master DeFeKT and quality house and disco from Brame & Hamo.

 

The Soft Boy Records lads are also taking over the bar area.

Franky Rizardo – Wednesday December 28 – €12/18

 

Defected Records main man Franky Rizardo is set to deliver his high energy blend of vocal and tech house to Dublin fans over the Christmas period.

 

Plus, rumour has it an exciting new collective will be launching in the Gallery of the venue.

Flashmob – Thursday December 29 – €10/15

 

The name Flashmob has been synonymous with deep house since it’s revival over the past five years.

 

He returns to Hangar for what promises to be one of the most memorable nights for house music fans in 2016.

NYE Masquerave 2017 – Saturday December 31 – €10/18

 

Strictly Deep and Techno & Cans have had a great year taking over Hangar week-in, week-out.

 

To celebrate, their combining their efforts and putting together a strong line up of local techno and house DJs. Good time-merchants Shed Sessions take over the Pablo Discobar.
