For 40 plus years people from all over the UK, Europe and the rest of the world have been flocking to the Somerset countryside for Glastonbury Festival. Once again the festival sold out within minutes with an expected capacity this year of a staggering 203,000 people.
This year’s headliners include The XX, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Run The Jewels and Radiohead will dominate the main stages, but we’re going to take a look at some our favourite dance legends who will be performing this year.

Justice – Genesis.
After a few years break the mighty Justice are back touring, Glastonbury are surely in for a huge show this weekend with the always dynamic electro duo.
Moderat – Therapy
Moderat make our staff picks purely because they are Moderat. There are no explanations needed.
DJ Shadow – Organ Donor
Organ Donor was released in 1996 and to this day is still one of the greatest records of all time. His usual blend of hip hop, electronica and more, along with Shadow being one of the greatest selectors ever to step behind a set of turntables will surely make this one not to miss.
A Guy Called Gerald – Voodoo Ray
The Manchester acid house legend always draws a great crowd with all ages clambering to see him. Voodoo Ray will go probably go down in history as one of the all time classic dance tracks that help shaped dance music.
Goldie – Inner City Life
Ok, ok I know we’re predominantly a house and techno site, but it’s not Glastonbury without popping to see Goldie, MBE.
The Orb – Little Flurry Clouds
The Orb came to prominence towards the late 80’s pushing their distinct trippy ambient house sound to the UK. If you were at Glastonbury and needed an escape from the madness, the Orb would do just that for you.
Layo & Bushwacka – Love Story
You simply can’t read Layo & Bushwacka’s name on a lineup anywhere in the world without thinking of ‘Love Story’.
Roni Size / Reprazent – Brown Paper Bag
Again, we’re going to add a Drum & Bass tune into the mix for the same reason Goldie was included. Roni Size sets in the Glastonbury dance tent in the year he and Reprazent won the Mercury Music Awards are iconic.
Kevin Saunderson Feat. Inner City – Big Fun
Kevin Sanderson hails from the Belleville school of excellence in Detroit. He makes the cut on principle alone.
Radioactive Man – Uranium
Radioactive Man aka Keith Teniswood aka Two Lone Swordsman. Enough said really.
