That’s right, all the wannabee Aphex Twins out there have had their dreams fulfilled today when the broadcasting behemoth announced that it would be releasing its enormous bank of sound effects for download today.

Given the nature of its content (Video & Radio) the range of sound effects that would come into play given their coverage of everything from music, sport, news, nature and anything in between across a variety of platforms means that the number of sound effects they have at hand is most definitely second to none.

The tricky topic of licensing obviously comes into place and the broadcasting giant has included that the sound effects have been released under the RemArc license which means they can be used for ‘personal, educational or research purposes’.
