Staff WriterBeatyard is set to return to Dun Laoghaire harbour on August 4th, 2018 for the 4th year in a row.
The two-day festival, hosted by Dublin collective Bodytonic, has boasted some of the most credible lineups that Dublin has seen in recent years, with headliners including Four Tet, Sister Sledge, Optimo, Mark Ronson and Larry Heard.
They have now announced Orbital as their first headliner for 2018. The English duo have gained themselves a legendary status down through the years, with huge releases on Pete Tong’s FFRR label at the end of the 80’s, and following onto ‘Halycon’ and ‘Belfast’ which featured on the soundtrack of the cult classic film Human Traffic.
Orbital are set to return to Dublin for their first festival performance since Forbidden Fruit earlier this year, which was their first show following their breakup.
