Pygmalion are known to operate on their own terms and today’s surprise announcement showcases just that.

After playing host to some of electronic music’s most respected names in recent months including Artwork, Craig Richards and Joe Goddard among others, the venue is never one to shy away from doing stuff differently. They’ve continued that trend by just announcing Northern electronic music powerhouse Ejeca for an impromptu set on their outdoor terrace from 7pm tonight. That’s right, in 3 hours.

It will be entirely interesting to see what the Northerner has got up his sleeve for this one as his sound has never been entirely quantifiable and the unique surroundings of Pyg will definitely be a change to the more festival and big room orientated shows we’re used to seeing from him in recent years. An added bonus is that the show is free too.

For those of you that can’t make it into Pyg on three hours notice to see the producer and DJ, he is penciled in for a set at Higher Vision festival on the 30th of June in Navan Racecourse. You can join their Facebook event here to keep update to date with all that they have in store.
