Redbullschuh all night long at Factory
Electric’s Factory is no stranger to more underground sounds and Galway’s own Redbullschuh will be taking over their for the first time all night long after recent support slots there for Baltra and a mainfloor set before Tommy Holohan in March. Expect everything from techno to grime to jungle and anything else he happens to come across throughout the extended set.
Illicit Resident series at Berlin D2
Illicit continue their successful residency in the popular new venue with another offering from residents Ryan Hayden and Karl Jordan who’ll be going back to back all night long and giving a taste of the sounds that the promotion likes to push forward.
Altern 8 B2B Techno & Cans at Hangar
Dance music legend and rave pioneer best known for early 90s loud electronic tracks with heavy bass lines will be gracing Hangar and going back to back with Techno & Cans boss Sam Greenwood, while Tommy Holohan, Jake Nolan, Eoin Donovan and Luke Xander are on the line up too.
Sébastian Léger at Yamamori Tengu
French DJ and Producer is one of the most captivating artists of the European techno scene at the moment and is coming to Tengu thanks to Melodic. Expect plenty of well thought out productions, setting him apart from the average production line formulas.
Adult Store at Wah Wah Club
Toast residents and Dublin duo Adult Store have been circulating all the major festivals for a while now, supporting artists such as KiNK in District 8 with their house tunes released on labels Doubleu and Groove. Support acts Rosso and Bozo specialise in house music, playing remixes, edits and underground slammers at notable gigs around the country.
Richy Ahmed, DJ Deece and KETTAMA at Church Cork
Mayday have teamed up with the folks over at well known cork collective All Angles to bring us a night absolutely packed with a line up of international and local talent. Richy Ahmed, DJ Deece and KETTAMA will be playing along with plenty of local acts such as Fleece and many, many more to celebrate Deep Blue’s third birthday.
Jordan and Cabal DJs at Habitat
One of Belfast’s best rising DJs and producers, Jordan will be debuting at Habitat this Friday after a standout boiler room set at AVA last year. Support on the night comes from Cabal DJs.
Mateo Saina B2B Daniel Jay at Wah Wah Club
Groove dates kicks off this Friday with none other than Mateo Saina of TV series First Dates, and Daniel Jay taking the decks B2B all night. Expect plenty of gritty techno in Wah Wah’s basement.
World Buckfast Weekender at Hangar
Hangar continues it’s on and on relationship with the ‘wreck the hoose juice’ as the brand celebrates World Buckfast day this weekend. Things take a more relaxed turn however with the club opting for house and disco celebrations for the tonic wine’s global celebration that will include sets from Robbie O’Brien, Nicholas McIntyre, Josh Moody, Gearóid Peggs, Daniel O’Brien and exciting up and comer Louis Ashe Brown.
Freakquency #4 at The Sound House
Freakquency return again to host the fourth edition of their series of parties with some of the finest upcoming electronic selectors that Ireland has to offer. Marcel Fengler at Pygmalion
Berghain stalwart Marcel Fengler is taking over Pyg and bringing us plenty of melodic groove, beat tracks and techno. The producer has released on iconic labels like IMF and Ostgut Ton and is known for the appealing variety in his sets; playing anything from intense Berlin techno to more melodic ambient tracks. Support on the night comes from Pineal Navigation and Josh Green.
Strictly Deep at Hangar
Strictly Deep are back for one last dance at Hangar this weekend before the venue is set to close its doors this summer. Strictly Deep have helped shaped Saturday nights in Hangar for the past few years with their residency and they’re inviting you to join them and some old friends for one last go with all of their favourite Hangar tracks. In the warehouse will be Kaily, Dan Stritch, Eric Brown, AOD, Jade and Adam Judge.
