George Feely has had a hectic 2018 so far, with no signs of it slowing down as we move into the New Year.
The Dublin based DJ/Producer put out music on some impressive labels this year, including a contribution to a V/A on Random Mind State and a full EP on Jamie Trench’s notorious Roots For Bloom imprint.

This year also led to him picking up a number of gigs abroad, in the likes of Ibiza and London, as well as three shows in Germany with the Random Mind State crew. He’s been busy back home too, championing nights all over the country, including a sell-out show in Limerick tonight with Cabal and a number of standout appearances at festivals such as Electric Picnic, BD, Life Festival and Higher Vision.
He announced last week after his back-to-back set in Opium with Chicago house icon, Marshall Jefferson, that he would be playing in New York at the beginning of December to mark the launch of his forthcoming EP on the legendary Henry Street Music label at Bossa Nova Civic Club alongside the Discreet DJs.

As if all that wasn’t enough, he’s just announced today that he’ll be staying on for a few more days in NYC and will be going back-to-back at Rose Gold in Brooklyn with yet another pioneering house act, JohNick on the 8th of December. The duo of Johnny D and Nicholas Palermo, who are the brains behind the infamous Henry Street Music imprint, have released some seminal club tracks from the likes of Armand Van Helden and Kenny ‘Dope’ Gonzalez in the past.
