Robert Miles, arguably most famous for producing the 1996 record ‘Children’, has reportedly passed away. Various outlets have now begun to broadcast the story online with the initial news seemingly coming from Italian website Undine20.

Miles was 47, and is said to have passed away from an unreported illness.

Friend of Miles and electronic artist Joe T. Vannelli recently spoke about his tragic death via Mixmag: “The tragic news of the death of a very talented artist of our time makes me incredulous and upset,”

“I will miss the fights, brawls, criticism, judgements but especially your talent in finding sounds and melodies unparalleled.”

Rest In Peace.
