South William resident DJ George Feely has dropped a new track in advance of his new EP ‘The Funk Vol. II’ which is releasing via Doubleu this Thursday.

The curator of the weekly ‘Shenanigans’ night that takes place on the South William street venue has been making waves with productions with his edit of De La Soul’s ‘A Roller Skating Jam named Sunday’ amassing nearly 35k views on popular YouTube site Houseum.

The lead track from the EP, ‘Sneak da House’ was premiered via the Rok Torkar channel and you can listen to it right here.

‘The Funk vol.II’ follows up Feely’s debut EP ‘Apache 909’ which dropped last year on British imprint Re-Play Records as well as the single ‘Acid TH-See’ which was released on Stoop music.

Last year was a big one for the Dublin native where he supported a litany of acts across a variety of genres including Josh Wink, DJ Slugo and Jesse Rose on his farewell tour.

Upcoming gigs for Feely include a support slot for Joey Negro in 39/40 and he will also be a part of the Get the Boat party which takes place in London and includes a slew of Irish acts including Boots & Kats and DJ Deece.
