Leon Vynehall’s re-emergence has been one of the most welcome returns electronic music has seen all year, with his set in Electric in Galway going down a storm with the crowd of fans in attendance there.

The UK producer had to cancel a recent string of shows, which included a stop in Wigwam, due to recording commitments and the fruits of which are now available for us all to see and hear as he has just announced that his debut album ‘Nothing is Still’ is on the way via Ninja Tune and will drop on the 15th of June.

Along with the announcement the house guru also shared a brand new track, taken from the middle of the upcoming collection, ‘Envelope’, which falls in as the 7th track on the track listing.

The album has been four years in the making and is based loosely around Vynehalls’ grandparents’ immigration to the States from the UK. He expanded via a Facebook status to reveal that the album will be accompanied by literature and film to tell a story that hasn’t been told before and that more details on that front are to follow.

Listen to the new track below, you can pre-order the album right here.
