Electronic music pioneers and legends Autechre have just been announced for a special upcoming show in the unique surroundings of the National Concert Hall in July.

The UK duo are one of the leading lights in pioneering electronic sounds having initially started off as a duo in Manchester in 1987, releasing on esteemed labels such as Warp since then and making tracks that vary between techno, downtempo and hip hop.

The July show will be their first Irish appearance in quite a while and we can’t think of anywhere better suited to their groundbreaking style than the National Concert Hall. The show will take place under complete darkness and once it commences, late comers will not be admitted due to the nature of the performance.

Tickets go on sale at 10am this Thursday and are priced at 35 euro each.
