Staff WriterDistrict Magazine had an absolutely amazing 2017, which saw the magazine take a physical form with their quarterly issue, as well as the launch of District Magazine’s Guide To Dublin, a free issue in which we contribute a house and techno guide on a monthly basis.
2017 also saw the birth of District Recordings, an independent record label curated by District which has been the driving force behind many Irish hip-hop and grime artists.
District Magazine Compilation Vol. 1 in aid of Pieta House sees over 20 Irish hip-hop artists join force to compile a 23-track album, with all proceeds from the sales going to Pieta House, a charity which many of you will know of for their work in tackling suicide and self-harm in Ireland.
