The Temple Bar venue is set for a late night re-brand, as it’s club nights and parties will fall under a completely new name and ethos, launching at the end of this month as Centre Point.

With acts like Mall Grab, Partiboi 69, Sherelle and Ross From Friends all lined up, we’re looking forward to seeing how the updated venue and series takes shape from Friday, October 29th.

Centre Point weekends will be curated by the people behind Sense, Hidden Agenda, No Sleep Club and many more of the country’s top collectives. Centre Point will land with its own ethos, production values and collaborative team of visual artists, musicians and people with a love for electronic music and dancing!

Launching Friday, October 29th with George Fitzgerald. Tickets are on sale now here

What’s it all about?

Clubbing is the social fabric of our society. Our city has been losing clubs, spaces to dance, meet, learn and escape. We have been starved of the unifying and euphoric experience of clubbing for the last 20 months…

It is incredibly important that we help uphold, celebrate and evolve the important role that electronic music and clubbing play in Irish art & culture. We have taken this time to re-imagine, refresh and invest in one of the city’s longest-serving music venues -The Button Factory – bringing its club experience into the year 2021 (and beyond) as Centre Point.

Centre Point is about creating a much needed new and innovative home for electronic music in the city. A space that will nurture a diverse and top-notch program of Irish and international artists. A space that will work with independent promoters, artists and creators who have a shared ethos and emphasis on music, design, and world-class audiovisual production, as well as an environmental and social vision.

We believe there is nothing more liberating than experiencing the unifying power of music, in a space where people of all backgrounds can enjoy themselves, free from judgement, in a fun-loving, responsible and respectful way.

Who’s playing soon?

BKLAVA, Chaos In The CBD, EMA, Folamour, George FitzGerald, Mall Grab, Mano Le Tough, Modeselektor (DJ Set),, Partiboi69, Prospa, Robbie Doherty, Romare, Ross From Friends (Live), Salute, Sherelle & many many more alongside local collectives & friends – Hidden Agenda, Human Energy, Omni, No Sleep Club, u:mack, Sense.
