Terms and Conditions for the Four Four Magazine Electric Picnic Competition

1. Introduction

• The promoter of this competition is Four Four Magazine (“the Promoter”).
• By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Proof of age will be required from the winner to claim the prize. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport, driver’s license, or any other government-issued identification.
• Employees, agents, affiliates, and partners of Four Four Magazine, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Details

• To enter, participants must follow Four Four Magazine on Instagram and comment on the designated competition post with the name of the artist they are most looking forward to seeing from the Smirnoff Stage at Electric Picnic 2024.
• Only one entry per person is counted. In the case of multiple entries, only the first will be counted.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of two (2) tickets to Electric Picnic 2024.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date Tuesday 13th August 2024, 12pm.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 12 hours of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Closing Date

• The competition will open at Friday 9th August 2024, 4pm and close at Tuesday 13th August 2024, 12pm. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

7. Publicity

• By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in any associated publicity, including having their name and Instagram handle mentioned in Four Four Magazine’s social media channels.
• The winner may be required to submit a photograph or video of themselves with the prize for promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for this competition and agree to release Instagram from any liability associated with this competition.
