Staff WriterAfter yet another summer of cancelled festivals and postponed dates in the Republic, any music announcement is met with open arms by festival goers. Especially when the curators of Boxed Off and Yurt City bring some of Ireland’s finest talent across various genres to Rock Farm, County Meath, Slane.
On the 27th and 28th of August, Bedlam presents: Summer Of Love, a Socially Distant Festival, welcoming two days of music, playing host to acts such as Krystal Klear, R.Kitt, Boots & Kats, Kaycee, Erica Cody and more. The stellar all Irish line up will be serving up house, techno, disco, breaks, RnB, Electronica and more.
This is a socially distanced event and will be sold in pods of 2, 4 and 6. A ticket includes a return bus from Dublin City Centre and it’s also a B.Y.O.B event. This show has been made possible due to the support of the Department Of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sports and Media. You can pick up your tickets here, but be quick as it’s a limited capacity event.

Krystal Klear in The Lab NYC.
Dublin’s own hero Krystal Klear delivers a pulverating set of italo house, 80’ influenced synthpop and raw house jams, to rocking dancefloor in his home of New York.
R Kitt Live – Boiler Room x AVA Festival.
Just a little over two years on from this landmark set for Dublin Digital Radio and Give Us The Night affiliate R.Kitt, it still sounds as fresh as ever and provides guaranteed goosebump’s every time. Robbie Kitt supplies an hour live set of his signature blend of deep sounds to the formidable AVA Festival.
George Feely – Boiler Room x Higher Vision.
George Feely has been going from strength to strength in recent years with releases on Nervous Records, Unknown to the Unknown and more. This Boiler Room perfectly illustrates George’s ability to make a crowd move through classic funky and jackin’ house sounds.
Efa O’Neill – Boiler Room x AVA.
Kerry’s Efa O’Neill takes to the late Jam Park for her debut on Boiler Room. One of Ireland’s best selectors doesn’t upset as she set’s the Swords main room a light through pumping house, electro and synth pop infused sounds.
Boots & Kats – Boxed Off 2018 (BE-AT.TV)
Irish festival favourites Boots & Kats throw it down on the mainstage of Boxed Off Festival. Perfectly illustrating why the party starters are so loved by the Irish crowd, blending feel good disco house and party anthems to a packed Boxed Off festival.
