Nathan ClareScottish music and arts festival Otherlands has just announced its first round of acts ahead of its 2023 showcase at Scone Palace from the 11th to the 13th of August this year. Overmono, Hudson Mohawke, Skin On Skin, Haai, Floorplan, Jyoty, Nia Archives, and many more will feature at the boutique festival this summer.
Otherlands Music & Arts Festival returns this year for its second installment after a hugely successful pilot event last year. The festival, which is presented by Scottish promoters FLY, has seen Otherlands receive a nomination for DJ Mag’s ‘Best Festival’ category after its inaugural year which is a massive achievement in itself.
The team behind Otherlands looks to have utilised this nomination as motivation ahead of this year’s event, given that they have now partnered with Boiler Room to bring the thrilling atmosphere that is synonymous with the broadcasting platform. Not to mention a host of stellar act announcements that include Overmono, Hudson Mohawke, Skin On Skin, Haai, Floorplan, Jyoty, Nia Archives, X Club., Kink and so on with many more to be announced ahead of the event that is due to take place this coming August.
Otherlands Music & Arts Festival Director Sam Joss has also shared some comments regarding the first round of acts being announced and is as follows; ‘After the overwhelming success of the inaugural Otherlands Festival last year, we’re thrilled to be returning to the one-of-a-kind location at Scone Palace with another sensational lineup.
