Nathan ClareAs festival season is now well under way, we look towards the next big Irish camping festival, Otherside. The first iteration of the festival is set to take place between July 8th – 10th at Rock Farm, Slane, Meath.
The festival boasts an array of domestic and international headliners across the weekend, ranging from disco-house, atmospheric, trad and hip hop acts which is sure to have something for everyone who is looking to experience a fresh festival experience on the Emerald Isle this summer.
Although Otherside is a new festival, its organisers have been involved in some of the biggest festivals and club events dating back as far as 2012, so rest assured that you are in safe hands and can expect a magical, memorable festival experience this July.
Otherside’s headliners consist of Krystal Klear, Saint Sister, Lane 8, The Scratch, DJ Seinfeld (live) and Kneecap. An even split of Irish and international acts which is always fantastic to see. Some other notable acts performing across the weekend include Cinthie, Boots & Kats, Girls Don’t Sync, Le Boom, George Feely, Moxie, Long Island Sound, Chris Stussy, India Jordan, Oden & Fatso (live) and more.
Across the weekend you can also expect comedy shows (featuring Tony Cantwell, Emma Doran, Michael Fry and more). A fantastic selection of food tasting experiences (some of which include Goats Gruff, Bahay, Happy Endings and more). If you are looking for a place to relax and reset, wellness will be provided by RISE Nordic Spa that will feature yoga, wood fired hot tubs and saunas. You can also expect late night music performances and trad sessions that will be showcased on the Cobblestone stage.
