We get sent a lot of brand new music, but as a small team, we don’t always get through it all. Although we weren’t familiar with Carter Fools, we knew this one was worth sharing as not only one-to-watch, but also to bring some excellent new music to your ears.
His DIY approach fuses various styles of house, techno and disco across his productions and DJ sets to create an eclectic, vibrant, and rave inspired experience. With beginnings as a Drum&Bass and Bass music DJ, Carter tends to carry this energy across to his productions.
Every Right / Tama’ is the debut release from the 23-year-old newcomer from Ascot, UK. The lead track ‘Every Right’ is an atmospheric house track that grabs inspiration from breaks and early rave releases. The repeating synth hook and surrounding strings give off a hypnotic energy sure to stick a crowd’s hands to the ceiling. ‘Tama’, the B side of this release, is a 4×4 hitter with a stabbing melody and distant vocal that runs through the track, providing a real club energy.
