The infamous Shall Not Fade announced today that they will be releasing new music from Ireland’s own Evan Campbell better known as KETTAMA.

Shall Not Fade are a vinyl only imprint who burst on to the scene in 2015 with their first release coming from Mall Grab with his ‘Alone’ EP. Since then, they have gone on to release some of the biggest records of the last few years, including releases from the likes of FOLD, Rick Wade, DJ Boring, Adryiano and LK to name but a few. They’ve also had a number of huge releases through their various sub labels, such as Shall Not Fade White, Lost Palms and Dream Of Dystopia.

KETTAMA himself has been going from strength to strength over the last year, landing himself slots at the likes of Life Festival, Boxed Off, Mass and Higher Vision as well as being picked up for headline shows in Manchester, Glasgow, Vancouver and China. On top of that, the likes of Mall Grab and Patrick Topping have also been championing the Galway native’s tracks at festivals and clubs in recent months as his stock continues to rise.

The track which is due for release ‘Eastside Avenue’ is a jacking House track with raw, pounding drums and percussion which fit in perfectly with what we’ve come to expect from a KETTAMA track and from a Shall Not Fade release. The addition of some heavily swung, gritty hi-hats, give the track a lot of movement. Vibrant keys and vocal samples add a lot of warmth to the tune while the bassline provides it with some bounce and energy.

We’re still awaiting more details on the release but we also expect to hear a lot about this track over the coming weeks as the hype continues to build.
