Staff WriterSputnik One is the latest act to take part in the District 8 mix series, the Dublin based DJ and producer put together an hour of his favourite tunes with a helping of his own unreleased music also.
Best known for his productions, which have gained support from big names such as Ben UFO, BAtu, Yak, Re:ni and more. Sputnik One took this opportunity to showcase his DJ and selector skills and to establish further that side of his career, although no stranger to the DJ booth and with some recent headline shows as well as support slots including Interstellar funk and Djrum this Thursday in Wigwam.
For this mix, Jim takes on an aspirational look at his music and taste as he includes track from some of his hero’s and influences while including a host of his own productions including Kerosene which is forthcoming and plenty of untitiled tracks we’ll have to wait for more info on.
