This weeks Mix Of The Week goes to Cici and Partiboi69 as they went b2b live from The Stingzone ahead of their performances at Beams London this weekend. The back to back was filled with an array of house, breakbeat and hardcore selections that make for an energetic and enjoyable experience right throughout.

Partiboi69 needs little introduction, as the Australian artist has built a cult following over the years mainly due to sharp mixing skills alongside numerous releases that possess a vast amount of production quality that ties in with his playful and wacky persona.

His livestream sets from ‘The Stingzone’ has welcomed a wealth of acts over the years, some of which include Skream, Nite Fleit, MCR-T, Hector Oaks, Kettama, Sally C and more. Allowing artists to showcase their style alongside Partiboi’s which is quite varied, with some livestreams amassing millions of view on Youtube.

This mix in particular with Cici welcomes her to The Stingzone for the first time, where the pair dug deep and displayed all sorts of house, breakbeat and hardcore during the livestream. Featuring stellar tracks from Ejeca, X-Coast, AK Sports, Dave The Drummer and so on.

CiCi has swiftly risen through the ranks of the international dance music industry of late. The Irish native has been performing at a considerable amount of high profile shows, frequently playing across Europe. Primarily in Ibiza, sharing line-ups with Carl Cox, Amelie Lens, Ben Klock, Carl Craig, Disclosure, Antal and more.

Having previously released on Mella Dee’s Warehouse Music imprint and becoming a common name on numerous Circoloco line-ups in Ibiza, Boiler Room in London, Fabric London and being tipped as one of Mixmag’s Breakthrough DJs of 2021. It’s fair to say that she is killing it at the moment and her performance at Beams this weekend is a no brainer if you find yourself around the area.
