Karl GuestIt’s been another great day of announcements for Irish artists and just as we thought they’d come to an end, we were hit with another, a massive Mixmag premiere for Berlin-based Irish duo Long Island Sound.
The pairs’ EP on Body Fusion is due out this weekend and Mixmag have just picked up one of the tracks for a premiere.
Digital Breeze is the A2 track from the four track EP which features three original pieces from the Long Island Sound boys and a remix from BF label-head and all-round house-maestro Bobby Analog.
A gentle offering from the duo with a light, plucking bassline, gentle pads, off-kilter rhythms and a vibrant, balearic flute lead that would sound right at home on a DFC release circa 1989.
