Bicep-headed imprint, FEEL MY BICEP announced last night via a live Facebook post that they will be releasing a brand new three track EP from regular label contributor and fellow Northern Irishman Hammer. The three tracks are available to stream right now and you can listen to them below. The full EP will be available to purchase on the 3rd of March.

This comes at a great time for Hammer who has been playing regularly alongside the Bicep boys in the wake of their debut album launch. Hammer himself recently launched his own imprint ‘The Hammer Hits’ to positive reviews and his release ‘Love Somebody’ was repressed on Monday after selling out on its first release.

This is the first release on the famed label since the pair behind it dropped their LP and it will be a widespread welcome move, given the number of unique house producers we’ve come to know via the label’s output. The likes of Brassica, Sandboards, T & P and some others have all come through with timeless hits on the label that still align somewhat with that distinguished Bicep sound but still maintain each producers’ own styles too.

You can catch Hammer supporting Bicep next week in both Electric in Galway and District 8 as the Belfast pair play their first set of Irish club shows since their self-titled debut album which dropped on Ninja Tune in September.

Hammer will also be playing at the huge Subtech Life pre-party alongside KETTAMA and Australian star Mall Grab in February during Limerick’s rag week. Last time Subtech threw a show with such a huge lineup it sold out at a rapid rate, so we’d definitely advise getting your hands on tickets sooner rather than later. You can get tickets here.

The three tracks; ‘C-Space’, ‘Atlantic 252’ and ‘Inside Soul’ can all be streamed below.
