The Dublin favourites Clouds will return to Dublin next month, after a 3 year hiatus, seeing the Glaswegian heavy-hitters return to the intimate confines of Wigwam’s basement.

The heavy hitting duo have been wrecking dance-floors across the globe for over a decade and their trademark hardcore take on techno has been massively influential to many DJs and producers today. The duo’s development through the years has seen them produce varied styles of techno, but they’re most known for their harder records which clogs their back catalogue. The pair have released on some of the worlds biggest techno labels and have arguably released some of the most important techno records of the last decade.

Tracks such as ‘Chained To A Dead Camel’ and ‘Sharp Like A Razor’ have been two of the most authoritative tracks of the last decade and still receive regular dance floor time. Their recent podcast for Hate boasted a full set of purely their own productions, and it’s an impressive showcase of the pedigree the Glaswegians possess when it comes to hammering out tracks. The duo also run the label ‘headstrong’ with friend Randomer, focussing on hardcore influenced sounds. The duo are no stranger to Dublin and no stranger to burning a dance floor, so rest assured this will be a night to remember.

You can catch Clouds in Wigwam on April 22nd, with support from Sam Greenwood and Aoise, as Techno & Cans and Subject combine forces.

Stick April 22nd in the diary now. Early Bird tickets can be picked up here, but be fast fast.
