Sam GreenwoodIt seems like an eternity since the Techno & Cans brand popped up, but they team up with Subject once again to bring one of techno’s rising stars, IMOGEN back to Dublin.
Having enjoyed a whirlwind and rapid rise, the techno newcomer has been recognised as a future star of the scene, championed by some of the finest DJs on the circuit, while releasing on one of our favourite labels, Earwiggle.
The DJ and producer wields a sound that’s impossible to box off into one category. Imogen has played Berghains Saule, muta.bor, Herrensauna, Printworks, Dimensions. Her last Irish gig was a memorable one as she played one of the finest lineups in recent years at Circles in Dublin, alongside Jeff Mills, British Murder Boys, Paula Temple and Irish star Cailín.
Alongside a heavy gig rotation, she also holds a residency in fabric and hosts a monthly radio show on NTS.
On the night, IMOGEN is joined by Dublin talents, Mode_1 and Aero, who go B2B in the support slot on the night. Stick November 5th in the diary.
