DJ, producer, and Wisdom Records label boss Uncle Knows has provided us with a smashing release that drops today as part of Huxley’s Dumb Safari imprint. Spanning multiple successful track releases on his Soundcloud with a previous label release on Floor 13 that encompasses a raw old-school rave and house sound that is as infectious as it is danceable.
Garnering immense support from TSHA who coined Uncle Knows as a producer who will ‘define the next generation’ and Jenny Greene, where he was featured on The Greene Room with a superb guest mix. Picking up shows internationally and at home in Vancouver, Sheffield, and Galway respectively where he has been able to broadcast his energetic and playful sound to the masses.
Today’s release features 2 tracks titled ‘925’ and ‘SOSU’ that both include elements of rave culture history in each individual production though remain unique in their own way. Ranging from old-school riffs and vocal chops to staccato strings and gospel influences although one thing is for sure, quality is ensured.
