The number of Irish artists releasing on Shall Not Fade label has just gotten bigger, as Kessler is set to release a whopping 6 track EP at the start of 2021.
The Belfast born, but now Rotterdam resident is set to release with the mighty Shall Not Fade crew, with six weighty jams for their every growing ‘Basement Tracks’ series.
Having nurtured his sound in the UK & Ireland, Kessler relocated to Rotterdam to continue growing his forward thinking and genre defying aesthetic, which you can hear in his ‘Endura’ and ‘Fly Forever’ trracks, creating a dynamic signature of immersive breaks & bass-driven music.
Often praised for his selections, outlying his distinct connection with unrestricted electro, garage, jungle & techno, Kessler has gained reputation for his tough and diverse sets, earning a residency with Manchester-based Limbo Radio, slot’s at AVA Festival, Shine and Twitch to name a few, and also a standout performance at Mixmag’s Lab London in 2019. Sadly, as we’re all too familiar with, 2020 came to an abrupt halt as the nighttime industry closed up shop.
While the nightclubs may have fallen silent, Kessler certainly has not, with a string of high quality releases on labels such as Yellow Island Records and his own KESSLER TRAX imprint. His first full vinyl outing sees him serve up a bass driven masterpiece for Shall Not Fade’s new ‘Basement Tracks’ series. Ambivalent EP is nothing short of spectacular, weighty breaks meet dreamy synth patterns on this killer dance disc.
