Anything that Omar-S touches is always going to be amazing, but seeing him team up with fellow Detroit artist Seth Troxler opens up a whole different kind of specialty.

Omar S and Seth Troxler first came into contact in the early 2000s when Omar-S brought Seth Troxler on a small European label tour. They have collaborated for a three-track EP, but all three tracks were actually made in 2006. Titled ‘Lost and Found,’ the EP features two collaborations between Troxler, under his Young Seth moniker, and fellow Detroit legend, Omar-S.

The first track on the EP was inspired by a trip Seth made to Berlin’s Club Der Visionaere in 2005. “It basically was me returning to Detroit and telling Omar about this crazy music I heard Ricardo play during the day.”

The second track ‘Detroit After Midnight’ which the pair made after “finding loads of weird records in his basement sampling them and making a classic MPC Detroit cut.” Finally we see Young Seth as an individual with ‘Luiza’s Inferno.’

You can listen to ‘Detroit After Midnight’ below. We expect the remaining two tracks from the EP will be released later today.
