HONEYPOT, an electronic club night for gay girls and friends, have just announced their third party. They return to The Sound House on October 1st for a night aptly named to kick off the month of Halloween: HONEYPOT 003: Slay Or Be Slain.

After two sold-out parties, HONEYPOT is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for gay and queer women, as well as the wider LGBTQ+ community. Their mission is to diversify dancefloors by supporting female, queer and non-binary DJs, as well as providing a space for the community to dance, be free, and have fun.

Headlining their next party is Roo Honeychild. A ridiculously talented DJ, producer and party starter working between Dublin and Glasgow. She is a founding member of music and party collective Club Comfort. As well as playing clubs, festivals and radio shows across Ireland, the UK and the EU, she is the co-founder of City Imp Records, a label for Irish club and pop music with a freak edge.

ALI is tasked with warming up the dancefloor for Roo at the next Honeypot party. She is a Dublin based DJ with a love for dance music in all its forms. Ali currently holds a residency at Dublin Digital Radio, where her monthly show ‘Happy Hour’ explores the euphoria of dance music through everything from garage and footwork to trance and house.
