Staff WriterResident Advisor are doing their inaugural take over at Melt!’s Sleepless Floor stage this year, enlisting six of some of the most exciting producers and DJs from this year to help them out throughout their twelve hour take over taking place on Friday July 13 at 7pm.
Melt! Festival, which runs from July 13 to July 15, takes place in Ferropolis just outside Berlin. Where better to host a 24 hour stage dedicated to house, techno and more, than in one of the pioneering cities of techno itself known for their liberal clubbing hours and attitudes?
All six acts have been confirmed for the twelve hour Resident Advisor take over with with an exciting line up of some DJs and producers making waves recently including DJ Seinfeld, HAAi, Victor, Project Pablo, Dana Ruh and RAMZi.
Set times haven’t been fully announced as of yet, but Canada turned Berlin’s RAMZi will be opening the twelve hour take over with a live set full of her worldly influenced house music, while Berlin based Brouqade Records head Dana Ruh will be on closing duties.
Melt!’s line up this year is one of our favourite yet. With an entirely dedicated electronic and clubbing vibe stage that runs for 24 hours every day during the festival, plus a quality amount of electronic producers and DJs spread over other stages including Modeselektor, Mount Kimbie, Amelie Lens and countless more impressive acts, Melt! is definitely not a festival to miss this summer.
