The Lockdown Series is our latest series in which we invite some friends of ours to choose 10 tracks they feel are essential listening to get you through this lockdown and isolation period.

We’ll be bringing you the picks of some local and international names which will be sure to make your quarantine a little bit easier. These songs selected by the artists will be both a representation of what they play and what they’ll be listening to in their downtime during lockdown, a deeper dive into the minds and tastes of the DJs you love.

Next up on the series we welcome Tommy Holohan. From his humble beginnings in the beloved, and now demolished Hangar as a Techno & Cans resident, to more recently becoming one of the most beloved and appreciated Irish DJ’s & Producers. Tommy’s rise to selling out club shows across the country, packing out festival stages and tents religiously as well as gaining more and more shows across Europe, and even a debut Australian tour in January of this year.

Tommy’s productions have received support from some of the biggest names on the techno circuit, and he has even featured on Dax J’s label Monnom black, these productions solidify his place amongst our favourite names, but this is backed up by his exciting and captivating sets, which take a broader look at the more conventional techno set. Often featuring some of his private edits, catchy classics as well as a host of old rave / breaks, they never fail to engage the crowd. A prime example of this is his debut Boiler Room set at Higher Vision 2019.

Check out what Tommy’s been listening to himself during lockdown.
