VOLTAGE Golden Ticket Competition — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion (“the Competition”) is run by Four Four Mag x BPM (“the Promoter”), in partnership with BPM and Four Four Magazine, for the “VOLTAGE” event.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or older only.

2.2 By entering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, including at prize collection or at the event, and to withhold or withdraw a prize if age cannot be verified.

2.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, BPM, Four Four Magazine, and any other agencies directly connected with the running of this Competition are not eligible to enter.

2.4 Entry is limited to one entry per bottle purchased. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be using automated means, multiple accounts, or any other method to gain additional or unfair entries.

3. How to enter

3.1 The Competition runs from 10:00AM 10/09/26 to 00:00 13/09/26 inclusive (“the Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

3.2 To enter, you must purchase a specially marked bottle of BPM, scan the QR code printed on the bottle, and complete the entry form at https://fourfourmag.com/voltage-golden-ticket-giveaway/ during the Promotion Period.

3.3 Entry requires the purchase of the promotional product. In accordance with Irish promotional marketing rules, no free/alternative entry route is offered, on the basis that: this Competition promotes BPM; the total prize fund does not exceed €2,500; and the promotional bottles are sold at the same price as standard, non-promotional stock.

3.4 Entrants must provide accurate name, email address, and phone number to enter. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues outside its control.

4. Winner selection

4.1 There are 25 prizes available. Winning moments are randomly generated across the Promotion Period, and the prize is awarded to the first valid entrant to enter after each randomly generated moment (“Instant Win”).

4.2 Winners are notified instantly via the entry page and by email/phone using the details provided at entry.

4.3 All entries are independently verified before a prize is confirmed. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these Terms, including entries made using invalid, fraudulent, or duplicated details.

4.4 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final.

5. The prize

5.1 Each of the 25 prizes consists of 2 (two) tickets to VOLTAGE Dublin, presented by BPM x Four Four Magazine, at Block, Dublin, on Oct 2nd (“the Event”).

5.2 The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other prize, in whole or in part.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5.4 Tickets do not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other costs associated with attending the Event, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.5 Winners must claim their prize by 17/09/26, after which unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and reallocated at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Responsible service

6.1 This Competition promotes the responsible enjoyment of BPM. The Promoter does not encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption in connection with this Competition or the Event.

6.2 Entry to the Event itself is subject to the venue’s own age verification and admission policies, and the Promoter is not responsible for entry being refused at the door.

7. Data protection

7.1 Personal data collected as part of this Competition (name, email, phone number) will be used solely to administer the Competition, contact winners, and  to manage the waiting list for future promotions.

7.2 Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (GDPR). Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting media@fourfourmag.com

7.3 Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent, other than as reasonably necessary to deliver the prize (e.g. sharing a winner’s name with the ticketing provider).

8. Liability

8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a winner’s acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this Competition if, in its reasonable opinion, it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.

9.2 A list of winners’ names and counties will be available on request by writing to media@fourfourmag.com for up to 2 months after the Competition ends for specific reasons only.

9.3 This Competition is governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9.4 This Competition is run in accordance with the ASAI Code of Standards for Advertising and Marketing Communications in Ireland. Complaints may be directed to the Promoter at media@fourfourmag.com
