Samuel Powell is back, this time with a backing visual to his stunning track ‘Sulpher’. The visuals are based around the Kildare town of Naas, with a day into night time-lapse video to accompany the track.
If you’ve been following Four Four Mag of late, you’d have seen an article we posted about a music video we received from a producer unknown to ourselves, called Samuel Powell. Samuel had sent us a beautiful 2 track EP, with a nostalgic and stunning music video to accompany the lead track, ‘Floating’. Read the article here.
Last night Samuel sent us the video to the second track on the EP, ‘Sulpher’, created and edited by Shay O’Donoghue. The video is more of a backing visual, but pays homage to Samuel’s hometown of Naas, with a day into night time-lapse, as Shay cruises around the town and winding streets of Naas, to record the perfect visual to the perfect track.
Samual Power is a producer from Naas, who has just released a two track EP called ‘Floating/Sulphur’, which you can find below. Both tracks are atmospheric, hypnotic and completely mesmerising and must be heard. Think Jon Hopkins on Saturday night at Body & Soul Festival, close your eyes and you’re exactly there. Samual Power is a talent, that needs to be heard and supported. You can support the artist and purchase his EP here.
You can stream both tracks on repeat via Samuel’s Soundcloud page.
