We continue our spotlight on Irish collectives, keeping the torch of club culture burning bright.

From Derry to Dublin, Cork to Galway, and Belfast, these crews are keeping Ireland’s club culture flame burning—pushing beyond the traditional club night, thinking outside the box, and sometimes smashing it entirely to build something new.

MOSAIC (Derry)
Derry’s MOSAIC has been at the forefront of the city’s club culture revival. Part of a new wave of promoters making things feel fresh and exciting, they’ve been shining a spotlight on local talent like OisinOK and IMNOTYOURMATE, while also welcoming guests such as Sligo’s progressive trailblazer Spray. Rooted in community, every MOSAIC party doubles as a celebration of Derry’s people and creativity.

Klub Sukar (Dublin)
Moving Still’s Klub Sukar is an evolution of Sukar, the project that’s been bringing SWANA culture to Dublin through music, art, and food. Where Sukar was about a broad cultural experience, Klub Sukar is strictly about the dancefloor. Previous editions have featured artists like Nooriyah, Salia, and Moving Still himself, bringing an undercurrent of SWANA sounds to Dublin’s fabled Tengu.

Mood (Louth)
Drogheda’s Mood collective is reshaping the town’s nightlife, bringing back the underground pulse of techno to a place often written off due to shuttered clubs and a lack of infrastructure. Teaming up with Aurora, they’ve already hosted champions of raw, uncompromising sounds like Sunil Sharpe, DJ Plant Texture, and Belfast’s happy hardcore boss IMNOTYOURMATE. But while big names draw attention, Mood’s real focus is spotlighting local talent and rebuilding the once-strong community of club culture in Drogheda.

Translucent (Galway)
Translucent has been leading Galway’s midweek party scene, delivering a celebration of divergent sounds and big, bold anthemic tracks. Taking over venues like The Loft, Monroes, and beyond, the collective blends local and international talent to create a hardcore-edged céilí in the West. With names like Club Angel, Clouds, Prozak, Diffrent, and Silva Bumpa on their lineups, Translucent is carving out an inclusive, uncompromising space in Galway nightlife.

Gaff Sessions (Belfast)
Born from the collaboration of two of Belfast’s most exciting crews, Divergence and Clipped, Gaff Sessions is all about raw, raucous DIY parties. From DJ booths in vans to sessions in actual houses, Trademarket, and other unconventional spaces, the project proves that lasting memories don’t need big budgets—just vision, determination, and community. Gaff Sessions is about breaking free from the traditional club circuit and creating new spaces for connection.
