Slither, Research & Otherside present The One In The Woods, their first festival offering, which follows Otherside’s debut one-day festival on St. Patrick’s Day. The one-day event features some of dance music’s most in-demand techno acts, daring newcomers, local favourites, and much more. Yasmin Gardezi

Yasmin Gardezi, a Kerry native, has recently gone from local hero to international techno stalwart. Yasmin’s high-powered techno sound has been captivating audiences all over the world, effortlessly transitioning from dizzying hypnotic cuts to acid-steeped weapons, psy-leaning big-room tools, and much more. With appearances at Boiler Room, Terminal V, Electric Picnic, Emerge and more under her belt, you know she’s a seasoned selector when it comes to the big stages.

Lost

For over a half-decade, Dublin-based party Lost has been consistently producing high-quality parties throughout Dublin City. Aside from an impressive guest list that includes Narciss, DJ Heartstring, and DJ Fuckoff, to name a few, they also have a diverse set of residents in Pagan, Gaffa, and Dploya. They’re experienced in playing a wide range of tracks, including breaks, techno, electro, hardcore, and everything in between, and they’re well-versed in the art of moving a crowd.

FJAAK

What’s there to be said about FJAAK that hasn’t already been said before, the Berlin-based live act, DJ, and label-owners are one of the most sought-after techno acts on the planet. The duo are a regular fixture across Irish shores, known for their rough-edged techno sound that spans electronica, rave, electro, house and more. FJAAK have just unveiled their whopping new 23-track album ‘FJAAK THE SYSTEM’, so expect to hear some fresh material.

Hunteryx

Hunteryx has emerged as one of Ireland’s most exciting DJs and producers in the last year. His hardgroove-focused style pays homage to the 90s and early 2000s era of techno, fusing old nuances with contemporary production techniques. Recent performances with Research, as well as a support set for Irish techno legend Sunil Sharpe, have demonstrated his DJing abilities, as he quickly transitions between percussive heavy weapons and ghetto-kissed house tools.

Injector Sound

Injector Sound has quickly established themselves as the new underbelly of Ireland’s burgeoning rave scene, hosting some of the country’s most exciting and daring underground parties in a variety of undisclosed locations. The party fuses a wide range of sounds, from techno to drum and bass, bringing a new and often overlooked multi-genre approach to Irish events. The team prioritises sound quality, leveraging the core principles of what makes a good party: a proper soundsystem in a safe environment with first-rate selectors.

Yours Truly

Yours Truly earned her stripes playing in Berlin, where she captured the art of mixing deep and cavernous hypnotic techno. Truly’s eclectic sonic palette has made her one of the most in-demand selectors in the country, with an impressive list of previous gigs that includes sharing the booth with Tommy Holohan, Skin On Skin, CJ Bolland, and others. She is best known for her relentless mixing style of loop-driven techno cuts that lean heavily into both sci-fi-inspired and tribal-soaked rhythms.

CRUSH3d B2B SWIM

Both CRUSH3d and SWIM are rapidly emerging as Irish favourites, running off the back of a multitude of shows across the country in recent months. The Australian duo combines synth-heavy house-infused grooves with skipping techno-dipped loops and shades of trancey euphoria, resulting in a high-powered cocktail of dancefloor-oriented sound that has captivated audiences on both sides of the hemisphere.

DJ Scenic

Hazel Austin, aka DJ Scenic, has been presenting her compelling and immersive approach to contemporary high-octane techno reminiscent of the 1990s. Recent performances for Reboot and Research have demonstrated her ability to warm up a room, enthralling listeners with her playful approach to blending vocals, house nuances, and more. She recently shared lineups with international heavyweights 999999999 and FJAAK.
