All Together Now has lifted the veil on Global Roots, its Ancient Woodlands stage, a melting pot of music tucked deep within the forests of Curraghmore Estate.
For this year’s edition, the festival has invited some of Ireland’s most revered selectors and crate-diggers to take the helm.
One of the festival’s most distinctive spaces, Global Roots sits hidden among the ancient woodlands, offering a refuge from the bustle of the main arena. Built entirely by hand as a sustainable green-build structure, the intimate natural amphitheatre has become a hub for Ireland’s most inquisitive artists and the community that exists within the festival’s wider ecosystem. Describing the area’s return as a “completely evolved creative vision”, the festival promises a renewed focus on connection, discovery and immersive experiences.
The stage’s DJ programme features a wealth of selector talent, including Cáit, Jacqui Kelleher, Aoife Nic Canna, Donal Dineen’s Backstory, Hannah Hession B2B Rob Rua, Jonezy, Sally Cinnamon and more.
Elsewhere, the Global Roots lineup spans live music from across Ireland and beyond, with performances from God Knows, Yankari Afrobeat Collective, Toshín, Seamus Fogarty, Qbanaa, FELISPEAKS, Paahto & The Bull and others.
