Bandcamp Clubs is a subscription-based discovery model that pairs human curation with community, with each club run by a trusted tastemaker: DJs, journalists, label heads, who select a monthly featured album.
The initial lineup, including Dance Around The World (curated by Jamz Supernova), Kosmos Klub (Ajay Saggar), The Hard Stuff (J. Bennett), and Jazz-ish Jazz (Tina Edwards), offers a fresh and eclectic mix.
Subscribers get the monthly album delivered to their collection, exclusive curator interviews, access to members-only spaces, and invitations to live listening parties where fans can connect and discuss the music in real time.
Bandcamp emphasises its artist-first model, ensuring both creators and curators are fairly compensated. The Club’s aim is to make music discovery human again, offering a community-driven alternative to algorithmic recommendations.
Sign-ups are open now, with the first drops hitting subscribers this September.
