One of the gigs of the year is coming to the National Stadium in Dublin on October 24th, as Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers and AURORA join forces for an electrifying partnership.
The project builds on a creative relationship that stretches back to sessions for No Geography, where AURORA featured on multiple tracks, including “Eve of Destruction.” Tom Rowlands later contributed to AURORA’s 2024 release What Happened to the Heart?, further cementing the partnership.
Their debut LP, COME CLOSER, is co-written and produced by both artists, pairing AURORA’s distinctive vocal style with Rowlands’ long-established studio approach. Lead single “RING THE ALARM” leans into dense, mechanical textures, balancing melodic elements with a more chaotic, club-facing energy.
The project made its live debut at Coachella earlier this year, introducing a performance that translates its layered production into an audiovisual format. The Dublin date follows a run of European festival appearances and planned residency shows.
