This Saturday, DJs from five of Dublin’s major college music societies will unite for a full-venue takeover at Wigwam, bringing the city’s student music scene together for a night of cross-campus collaboration.
According to organisers, the concept grew out of a desire to bring together music communities that often exist separately within their own campuses.
“Dublin has a huge amount of talented student DJs, but a lot of these scenes are fragmented. All Saints is about bringing those worlds together and seeing what happens when DJs from different backgrounds share the booth,” say organisers from DUDJ.
The event also aims to bridge the gap between Dublin nightlife and the college scene, introducing students to the wider club culture while giving local DJs a platform beyond campus events. In a nightlife landscape often dominated by headline bookings, the organisers say supporting local talent and keeping events affordable and accessible remains central to the project.
By bringing five college DJ societies together under one roof for the first time, All Saints aims to integrate the college scene into the wider fabric of the city’s nightlife, transforming Wigwam into a meeting point for Dublin’s next generation of DJs and club-goers during one of the busiest weekends in the city’s cultural calendar.
