Dublin’s Dylan Fogarty has been announced as Tengu’s next resident for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season, with three shows slated from October through December.
Following a run of successful Dylan Fogarty Invites shows at the club, he returns as their sixth resident, joining the ranks of past names such as Sunil Sharpe, Or:la, Ngoni Egan, Spray, and Sally C.
Tipped as the Prince of Irish Techno, Fogarty has quickly become one of the country’s most exciting breakout artists in recent years. Despite only three years on the circuit, his résumé reads like that of a veteran — with back-to-back sets alongside Stranger, Neffa T, Sunil Sharpe, and Vil; gigs spanning Europe, Canada, South Africa, and Australia; and an ever-expanding discography that bridges techno’s past and future.
For his debut residency, Fogarty invites Panorama Bar mainstay — and your favourite DJ’s favourite DJ — the impeccable Ryan Elliott, who plays on November 7th. Before that, the opening night on October 6th features a choice selection of local artists, including veteran techno figure Jon Hussey and rising talents Mejmi and Emmie. The residency closes on December 6th with an all-night-long set from Fogarty himself.
