Bodytonic X Junior Spesh Presents: Sharda At Wigwam

The prince of UK garage touches down at Wigwam this bank holiday Friday for a night of basement pumpers. Sharda has been on the rise in recent years, but has remained somewhat illusive in his demeanour, what is for sure is that he’ll be packing a host of tongue ‘n’ cheek garage that is sure to lite up the dance-floor. This is a must for any garage fans.

AVA Festival Afterparty: Bklava, DART, Cycene + Moodtrax At Thompson’s Garage

AVA Festival is back and it returns with a host of mouth watering afterparties. Our pick of the bunch on the Friday is the massive bill of Bklava, DART, Cycene + Moodtrax At Thompson’s Garage. This is going to be packed with feel good vibes, with a party starting lineup that knows how to weave through house, rave, techno, breaks and so much more.

Electronic Presents: Christy & Leamy, Dean Casey & Diesket At Electric Avenue

The return of techno in Waterford is well and truly under way, and the veterans of Waterfords techno scene are joined by the youngsters. Expect a night of loop driven techno from Waterfords finest. Christ and Leamy are playing on four decks and two mixers, so this should be a night of quality music.

Saturday – 4th of June

Reclaim The Mainframe 004 At Secret Location

One of Dublins newest parties Reclaim The Mainframe return with their fourth installments of parties. The crew aim to showcase local dance music in unique locations. For their fourth edition, they bring ravers through day and night with a selection of Irelands best selectors including; Efa O’neil, Toni Maroni, Nonethewyser, Niz, Johnno and more.

Elision X Bastardo Electrico Presents: Fyun B2B Jamie Behan & Jack Devine B2B David O’neil At Spailpín Fánach

The king of Cork techno, Jamie Behan touches down in his hometown for a big collaboration with young techno don’s Elision. Jamie goes head to head with hard groove enthusist Fyun, while Elision residents Jack Devine and David O’neil get the part started. This will be a night of proper techno in Cork.

AVA Festival Afterparty: Crazy P & Cabal At Ulster Sports Club

Our pick of Saturday’s AVA afterparties is disco dons Crazy P, as the seasoned funk group joins cabal for a night of funk in Ulster Sports Club. After a day of face melting bass at AVA Festival, coming back to a night of disco delights sounds absolutely ideal. Crazy P are world renowned party starters so you know this is bound to be a night of good music.

Forbidden Fruit by Night: Long Island Sound + ONES At Bow Lane Social.

Human Error host Long Island Sound and ONES for a Forbidden Fruit afterparty in the intimate surroundings of Bow Lane. Long Island Sound are on the back of a massive debut album and they are set to bring the albums energy to life at Forbidden Fruit and Bow Lane later that night. Index Presents: Sunil Sharpe 5 Hour Set

This one needs little introduction, one of the best techno DJ’s in the world and homegrown hero Sunil Sharpe takes to Index this Bank Holiday Sunday for an extended set. It’s just you, Sunil and the records for five hours of techno eduction. Room two is occupied by Efa O’neil, R.Kitt & Oli Patruin, so you know this is going to a night of high quality dance music.

Forbidden Fruit Afterparty: Soichi Terada (Live) At Tengu

One of the true gems of house music, Soichi Terada arrives in Tengu this Sunday for an intimate performance. Soichi brings sounds from the far east to North Dublin, every time Soichi touches down on our shores you know it’s a guaranteed good night. All City’s Jio joins Soichi on the night, so it’s quality from start to finish.

Vault Presents: Riot Code & Ges At The Loft

Riot Code and Ges are on the back of a big Life Festival debut’s, and they’ll be continuing on this energy through to Galway. This one is not for the faint hearted as you can expect heavy techno from the get go. Trance infused melodies, thundering kick drums and ravey goodness.
