Following three editions of the boutique, independent Dundalk-based If You Know You Know Festival, the team has announced that they will not be proceeding with an edition in 2026, stating: “There won’t be an edition in 2026, but we’ll be back in new ways.”
One of Ireland’s most intimate festival offerings, If You Know You Know, was run by Visual Spectrum Studio and Third Source. The festival was carefully created to welcome a close-knit community to Belurggan Park, offering a low-key yet meticulously constructed experience.
Over the years, the festival hosted artists such as Ben Sims, Stranger, Perc, Estella Boersma, Move D, Clouds, Holly Lester, Shee, Cailín, Hammer, Scott Brown, and many more. The handpicked lineup reflected a marriage of the festival’s sonic and aesthetic vision—mixing artists abroad that they admired with the best of Irish local talent. It mirrored the way the festival was created, threading the line between futurism and tradition.
Handcrafted from scratch by the team, the festival was a true labour of love. Its pause leaves a hole in the independent Irish festival landscape, but the organisers have assured fans that they’ll return in new ways. As they said, “It was never meant to last, just to be experienced together in that moment.”
