Max HeyraudKevin & Perry are heading to The Academy, Dublin this August Bank Holiday weekend, bringing a wave of ’90s Balearic nostalgia and reliving the golden years of the White Isle.
The iconic comedy DJ duo, best known from the cult classic Kevin & Perry Go Large, will touch down in the capital on Thursday, August 1st, for a full-blown Ibiza throwback session. This follows their recent appearance at Ministry of Sound in London, where they hosted a day rave from 2pm–10pm. Dublin’s edition, however, will be strictly late-night, running from 11pm onwards.
Expect a euphoric soundtrack channelling the spirit of late-’90s and early-2000s Ibiza. From acid house, pumping house, and trance anthems, with nods to legends like Sash! and Chicane.
The event promises to recreate the energy and atmosphere of a peak-season night in Ibiza, soundtracked by the tunes that defined a generation. No word yet on whether Kevin or Perry themselves will be playing the party.
