With close to a decade behind the decks, Sanchez has become one of Galway’s driving forces and mainstays within the city’s club culture, building a reputation through residencies, club appearances and a commitment to keeping the techno candle burning through the night. His sets move between Acid Techno, Electro, 00s-adjacent Tribal Techno and Trance, a concoction shaped through years spent on the dancefloor.
As the founder of Rave Culture Galway, Sanchez has also played an active role in developing the city’s underground community, creating a platform for local DJs and artists while bringing a wider range of electronic sounds to the region.
Behind the decks, his approach remains open, with little interest in being pigeonholed by a single sound or aesthetic. He moves fluidly between genres, always maintaining an overwhelming sense of forward motion. Over the years, he has appeared at venues including Electric, Club Cuba, The Cellar Underground and The Loft, alongside a range of independent club nights and events.
