Max HeyraudCork-based party Milk is teaming up with London’s trans~late to bring the burgeoning, high-octane selector Julie Desire to Dali for a special club night in aid of Transgress the NGS, a grassroots platform demanding self-determined trans healthcare in Ireland.
This collaboration feels long overdue. As two pillars of their cities’ queer club scenes, the link-up between Cork and London was inevitable, especially with trans~late’s founder DJ-CK, a past guest and close friend of the Milk crew.
Sharing a common ethos of community-driven nightlife and a vision for what a truly free queer club space can look like today, the partnership between these two collectives feels both organic and vital.
The lineup is a celebration of what makes both parties so loved within their respective scenes: a high-energy, body-led, and deeply intentional approach to DIY club culture. WITH US co-founder Julie Desire makes her long-awaited Irish debut, following sets at Berlin’s OHM, London’s Field Maneuvers, and Paris’s essaim. She’s joined by Milk resident Esmé2K and trans~late’s DJ-CK for a night of high-octane queer club euphoria.
All profits from the event will go to Transgress the NGS, a campaign led by Irish trans activists advocating for accessible, community-driven gender-affirming healthcare and directly challenging the National Gender Service (NGS) and other institutional barriers.
