This week’s Mix Of The Week comes from Irish techno prodigy Dylan Fogarty as he steps up for his Hör Berlin debut. The Skerries native is firing from all cylinders on his inaugural Hör set – shifting through a host of 90’s inspired techno cuts, blending in touches of ghetto, house, dub and rave.
Dylan Fogarty has been one of the standout newcomers on the Irish techno scene within the last 12 months. Arising as a relatively unknown name, the young DJ has rapidly proved his worth both in the studio and in the booth. A sharp ear for hip-shaking cuts and a wealth of knowledge of the history of techno has helped him excel at meteoric speed.
The youngsters tracks have been picked up by some of techno’s most formative DJs including FJAAK, D. Dan, Pangaea, Tafkamp, Tommy Holohan and more. Fogarty’s production have landed on a number of high-profile labels including Different Sound, RAW, PRTL WRX, with more exciting projects yet to be revealed.
2023 has seen Fogarty make the leap from bedroom DJ to a fully fledged techno selector that is playing across Europe. With shows in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Scotland, as well as a host of shows in Ireland including notable appearances at Life Festival, All Together Now, and more.
