Limerick’s dance music community come together this Friday to raise money for the people of Ukraine who have been devastated by the conflict of the war. Dolan’s have kindly accommodated the event and are donating the upstairs & terrace for the proceedings going towards The Scoop Foundation.

The Limerick dance music community have come together for a collective effort with all DJs, collectives, designers, venue, and equipment hire all donating their services & time. It’s an extensive lineup with some of Limericks’ best spinners spanning across the decades.

Two of Limerick’s most respected DJs will perform a rare B2B set. Limerick’s dance scene was greatly influenced by Niall Colgan and Pippy’s work. Niall Colgan & Pippy were crucial to the dance scene in Limerick and its development. Along with these veterans is also one of Ireland’s most exciting acts, Naive ted who just last weekend smashed the CSG community scratch games in Galway. Also on the bill are MIDWEEK who are taking the country & beyond by storm, a regular fixture on the festival circuit. Colm from Cabal will be spinning tunes, CABAL is putting on some of the coolest gigs the country has seen and recently hosted the courtyard in UL to over 2 thousand party-goers.

The lineup doesn’t stop there as Jack Brolly teams up with Dan Sykes of DIE for a special B2B. Jon10 & Dj Raguel will be repping Izotope who have been bringing the hardgroove back to Limerick. Keenan of WANZ & TOT, Senan from Room 2 & Paul Byrne are all joining in. It’s a massive lineup and all for a great & worthy cause.

In times of great tragedy it’s massively important for communities to rally together and use their influence and power for a better good, and the Limerick dance music community have done just that.

All proceeds from door entry and collections & donations on the night will be sent to the Scoop Foundation for deployment on the ground in Ukraine.
