Max HeyraudSteel Dublin presents the city’s first father & son B2B event at Cellar on January 6th. Three prodigal sons play with their fathers, as Dublin favourites Collie, Sean Molloy and Justin Bank play alongside their dads.
Dublin-based club night, Steel have pieced together a new concept as they invite three local heroes to play alongside their dads, who helped them fall in love with dance music and showed them the ropes of DJing.
The soundtrack of the club night will span various years and decades as contemporary club DJs of 2023 team up with the sounds of yesterday, making a cocktail of old-school flavours alongside modern techniques. The event joins two divergent generations of Dublin club culture, creating an inclusive and open-minded dancefloor.
This serves as one of Dublin’s first family-orientated club nights as sons & fathers head to the dancefloor and booth to share the decks. The lineup features Collie, Sean Molloy and Justin Bank who play alongside their mentors. This is a family affair and a first for Dublin, if you’re free on January 6th, shine your dancing shoes and grab your oul fella.
