Research Label are running off the back of an impressive round of Winter show’s at the tail end of 2022, but the Dublin techno tastemakers are kicking off 2023 with a bang. Berlin based Clara Cuve arrives on Irish soil at the end of this month for a mammoth club debut in Wigwam’s basement.

Clara Cuve arrives to Wigwam‘s basement on Saturday the 28th of January for her debut Irish club show. Research residents Aeron XTC & Taint play B2B on the night, while MELTX opens proceedings.

Clara Cuve’s meteoric rise has been one of the most admirable within Europe’s techno scene. Her breakneck style of dynamic DJing has earned her slots at some of the most sought after techno events within years. Born in Munich and based in Berlin, Clara’s roots go back to classical piano, in which she was trained since the age of four. Claras deep love of music naturally lead her to begin accumulating a record collection throughout the years and start DJing. Clara gained a residency at Munichs fabled ‘Rote Sonne’ club and soon after became apart of the Munich label and event Stock5 before she making her way to Berlin where she now plays regularly.

Clara’s wide and expansive style of DJing spans through various cuts, from fast and groovy techno to breakbeat, jungle and hardcore, Clara has a huge spectrum of genres which she combines to create her own harmony, always focusing on groove and dynamics. Clara’s brave style of DJing has gone far from unnoticed and has picked up plaudits from DJ and tastemakers such as DJ Stingray, Ellen Alien, Kobosil and more.
