The Universal Underground have your Friday techno fix covered as they invite some of Ireland’s best selectors for a live audiovisual stream with Rustal, Snakebite 616, Echo Potential & Prowl.

The Universal Underground have been putting on high quality techno parties for some time now bringing over the likes of Yant, Rene Wise, Kloves, Lag and more. The collective have a strong belief in pushing new and forward thinking techno sounds as well as promoting and nurturing homegrown talent.

You can tune into The Float Down Stream this Friday before venturing into a club. The crew have assembled a live audiovisual stream curated by Pauly Doyle AKA Echo Potential, founder of Bear in Mind, a wellbeing and mental health collective for artists and clubbers, and The Universe Underground club night in collaboration with Fran Hartnett’s new creative venture “Scart Video Club.”

Fran has been a long-time techno heavyweight in Dublin, as well as being well-known for his visual work throughout his career. Fran will concentrate completely on the visuals and mapping projections as part of the partnership with The Universe Underground.

The first on the list of distinguished Irish techno acts one of our country’s hardest working producers, to play his very first live ambient set to start off the webcast. Rustal has been chomping at the bit in Ireland and abroad with releases on seminal techno labels and sharing the stage with legends such as Luke Slater, Surgeon and more. Rustal also has a fresh new remix on Rhombic’s newest EP out this Monday and I can confirm that it’s incredible.

Following on from Rustal we have none other than, Nathan Jones AKA Snakebite 616. Nathan needs absolutely no introduction, having shared the stage with Jeff Mills, Ben Ufo, Blawan and many more. The revered Dublin producer has been putting out Irish techno classics for the best part of a decade and is still carving out future classics.

Next up is one of Ireland’s top selectors Prowl whose extensive knowledge of electronic music has landed him in the driving seat in some of Ireland’s most respected parties including Fuinneamh Festival and Vision Collector. An eclectic pallet for grooves means you can expect a mix of techno, acid, electro and house.

The Universe Underground boss man Echo Potential completes the bill with a grooving and deep approach to techno. Pauly has been responsible for introducing some of techno’s brightest up and comers to an Irish audience and has been curating some phenomenal parties and dance floor moments. Playing all around the country and at stand out festivals such as Fuinneamh and Life Festival, Echo Potential is guaranteed to orchestrate a smooth techno expedition.

This AudioVisual show is going to be a feast for the senses so watch out for the guys Live on our Four Four YouTube channel at 7pm till 10.45 this evening to set all you techno lovers up for the weekend.
